I was motivated to lose some weight and improve my stamina as the New Years was approaching. It is now the 3rd week of January and I have worked out 14+ days since January 1st.

I have found this statement to be so true. There are days when I am not sure I will find the time to make it to the gym . . . but as I get closer to the end of my day, the habit I have already formed will not let me miss the night without a great excuse.

Isn’t that really true about a lot of things in life?
